Sculpting a Defined & Toned Body
Your metabolism is greatly influenced by the amount of muscle you have, so muscle mass is crucial in maintaining a healthy weight. Your body also looks a lot better when it is toned and strong!
What to expect at each session with Lorna:
- Each session is designed to be varied and fun!
- Sessions will always be challenging but manageable.
- Sessions focus on free weights for creating strength and tone.
- Other pieces of equipment might include stability & medicine balls to promote core strength.
- You will only be required to do 5 mins of cardiovascular exercise to warm up your muscles.
- Your progress will be tracked each month.
- Expect to see a significant improvement in your strength and muscle tone if you train at least twice a week with Lorna.
