BROWN FAT is the fat you want to keep hold of in your body as it burns energy, acting like a furnace and generating body heat. The type of fat you want to get rid of is the white or yellow fat which is only used for insulation. Keep hold of the brown fat by eating essential fatty acids, avoiding processed fats and margarines, avoiding excessive exercise and fasting, and avoiding as many toxins as possible. A 1% reduction in brown fat will lead to around one stone of extra body fat (yellow or white fat) over a decade.
